First off, thank you guys so much for the Birthday package! :) The book of friendship and medicine bag are so unique and cool. I can't wait to curl up and start reading. The book celebrating Women is lovely and filled with beautiful paintings and words.

Finding a brown, paper package in your mailbox is one of life's true joys! For my money, it's way better than raindrops on roses. I mean, c'mon. No contest! ;)

Now to answer the question of why I love my mom. Whew! I could go on for ages. Here's just a small list of reasons:

1. She loves me unconditionally.

2. She always has faith in me, even when I doubt myself.

3. She's amazingly kind and compassionate.

4. She watched silly cartoons and played with me when I was small.

5. Her sense of humor is bent to the same angle as mine.

6. She was a wonderful mom to me as I was growing up and now she's my best friend.
