If you could say something to someone that you never could in the past (because they moved, died, you don't see them anymore, etc. Or maybe if you just CAN'T tell them) what would it be? Names aren't really necessary- maybe just what the person's relationship is/was to you would be enough.

i would ask my grandma why shes moving away. why she cant see how much shes hurting my mom, me, everyone? i would tell her that larry is not the man for her, and that if she calls him "grandpa" one more time around me, i'll strangle her and him both. he is not my grandpa nor will he ever be. he is larry. and none of us like him grandma. he is not good enough for you. he makes you tired and cranky. not yourself. he has aged you from a young 68 a few years back to a very very old 70 something now. why cant you see that he is destroying you, from the inside out? we can all see it, yet none of us can say it. you are afterall. our mother/grandmother. and we love you.

please please wake up grammie. we need you here. with us. not there. with him.

"But we in it shall be remember'd; we few, we happy few, we band of brothers ; for he today that sheds his blood with me shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile, this day shall gentle his condition: and gentlemen in England now a-bed shall think themselves accused they were not here, and hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks that fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day."

- William Shakespeare
